Brad Waggoner

Executive Vice President

Brad Waggoner oversees LifeWay's daily operations and works directly with President Thom Rainer in the strategic leadership of the organization. His role includes supervising all divisional vice presidents, developing policies and goals in line with the president's larger objectives, and assisting the president in the development of strategic plans and annual budgets. Vice President, Resources Division

Eric Geiger leads the LifeWay Resources Division in serving churches in their mission of making disciples. The division serves the Church -- both in the United States and globally -- with books, Bibles, Bible studies, resources, events, training, and specialized services through a variety of ministry brands. Rhyne serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Finance and Business Services Division.
